The prayers timing application is specifically designed to function within UAE. Application users will be able to get location specific prayer timings within UAE, using GPS location functionality. The application gathers location data from the device GPS and wifi location services. Based on this information the best location latitude and longitude addresses are matched showing the most probable current location.
Users can set reminders for prayer timings which in turn would help the application notify them of prayer timings of the selected prayers selected.
Kiblah Compass: The application can also be used to locate the kiblah. The application will gather GPS and wifi location data to establish the kiblah location, the user will then be displayed the location in a compass with the direction of the kiblah so as to facilitate them for offering their prayers.
